How to: Automate meeting acceptance and cancellation.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. Select the 'General' tab.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'General' tab.

3) Select the 'Automatically accept meeting request' check box to setup the schedule to accept meetings during free times in the schedule.
4) Select the 'Automatically remove canceled meetings' check box to setup the schedule to remove canceled meetings from the schedule.
5) Click 'OK'.
